Buying an Item on Tradem
Type in the item that you are looking to buy and see the items available appear.
If you don’t know what you want, explore the categories and shelves below for inspiration.
When you find something that you want, click on the picture tile to find out more about it, including its condition and collecting options.
You can ask the seller for more information in the ‘Add new comment’ box below the item.
Compare the price to other similar items to make sure you are not paying too much. You may even find a better option!
If you want the item posted, remember to add ‘delivery price’.
Psst… Buyer’s tip: if you buy more than one item from a person’s shop, you save on postage as they can be posted together.
If you don’t have enough money in your wallet, you can add the item to your Wishlist. You can also make an offer. Click on ‘Make an offer’ and ask to pay less money for the item.
If you are ready to buy it now, press the ‘Buy now’ button. You will be taken to the delivery and payment page where you can choose how you receive your product if the seller offers both options: post or local collection.
The local collection option will only work if you live near your seller. You may find this out on their shop page or send a message to see if they live nearby.
Tick the preferred method of delivery before confirming you want to buy. Your parent or guardian might now be asked to approve the purchase. The parent or guardian of the seller might need to give their approval as well.
Your purchase has gone through when you get a congratulations confirmation notice!
